UNIT USED: Nutricraft Pure Titanium Ply Skillet
SERVES: 2 to 3
INGREDIENTS:
- 5 chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp. of sweet soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. tamarind water
- 6 tbsp. honey
- 350ml of coconut water
- 1 stick of lemongrass (geprek)
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 tbsp. of Java sugar (combed)
- Pepper and salt
DIRECTIONS:

Wash the chicken, coat the chicken with pepper, salt and 3 tbsp. of tamarind water, soak for about15 minutes.

Sauté ground spices with butter, add lemongrass, bay leaf and Javanese sugar, stir-fry until fragrant. Enter the chicken that has been soaked in coconut water, cook until the water is reduced, and the chicken meat is soft.

Bake the chicken over a pan or coals of fire, while brushing the ingredients, brushing it back and forth, bake until cooked.
- Served with warm rice, fresh vegetables and chili paste.
