COOKWARE USED:
Large Skillet and Saute Pans & Food Processor
INGREDIENTS:
1 onion (#2 cone)
1 potato (#2 cone)
6 - 8 slices of bacon
4 - 6 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place bacon and onion in cold skillet over medium heat.
2. Cook until onion is transparent and bacon is crisp.
3. Drain off excess grease.
4. Add potatoes.
5. Then add 4 - 6 beaten eggs.
6. Cook until eggs are done.
7. Add hot sauce if desired.
